We will send a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via DocuSign after we confirm your booking. If this is not signed and returned to us by 24 hours prior to your check-in we will have to cancel.
We will send you an invoice with all the details of your stay and easy online payment options. If this is not paid within five (5) days we will cancel your reservation.
We will hold a deposit equal to $50/day, maximum $500, for each booking. If there are no damages or issues identified within 24 hours of checkout this deposit will be refunded to the original payment method. You will be contacted immediately if we believe we need to keep all or part of the deposit for any reason.
